From Policy to Practice: OSAP's Interactive Guide to the CDC Guidelines
Lily is just one of the dental team members who will take you through this complimentary interactive educational program.
The goal of the course is to prevent or reduce the risk of disease transmission among patients and dental healthcare professionals. It is organized into seven (7) modules that address CDC recommendations published in the Guidelines for Infection Control in Dental Health-Care Settings – 2003 Click HERE for the educational objectives for the course.
This course does not cover new information from CDC’s Summary of Infection Prevention Practices in Dental Settings: Basic Expectations for Safe Care, published in 2016. However, the 2016 Summary is a companion document that complements, but does not replace current CDC recommendations for dental infection control published in the Guidelines for Infection Control in Dental Health-Care Settings – 2003. For more information from OSAP about the 2016 Summary, visit http://www.osap.org/page/NewCDCSummary
