    STATE OF THE REGULATIONS

DESCRIPTION     A representative from the US Food & Drug Administration will overview the role of the US regulatory agencies and address recent changes at FDA. She also will update the audience on several key regulatory issues impacting the oral healthcare community including dental unit waterlines, reprocessing single use devices, handling diamond coated devices, antimicrobial impregnated face masks, handpieces, multi-use composite restorations, the latest on disinfectants and amalgams and what may be coming from OSHA.
