Andrew (Andy) Whitehead, Vice President of Crosstex International, is a prior member of the OSAP Board and served as Chairman 2005-2007. He has more than 30 years of experience in the dental industry, working on both the distribution and manufacturing sides of the business, and has been involved in infection control and safety throughout most of his career.

Donald (Don) Cohen DMD
 

Donald Cohen, DMD is a licensed  dentist in New York State for over thirty years with over 20 years of teaching experience at Columbia University SDOS and over 20 years as an Attending Dentist at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. He is past president of the New York State Society of Dentistry For Children and is currently Director of Compliance for Health Compliance Team Inc., a national compliance company delivering total on-site compliance solutions to dental facilities.  Dr. Cohen is also a member of the Board Of Directors of the OSAP Foundation. Dr. Cohen is also the Chief Compliance Officer of HealthFirst, the emergency medical kit company. Additionally,  Dr. Cohen lectures and consults nationally on Emergency Medicine In The Dental Office and Dental Facility Compliance.

Margaret (Peggy) Cottrell

Margaret (Peggy) Cottrell is the President of ProEdge Dental and formerly the President of ConFirm Monitoring Systems, and was also co-founder of Cottrell Ltd in 1979. She has more than 27 years of successful business ownership, executive management and strategic leadership experience along with consulting expertise for successful venues in diverse healthcare products manufacturing, distribution and related support services.

She co-founded OSAP in 1984, recognizing a need for collaborative efforts on the part of healthcare professionals, academicians, clinicians, manufacturers, distributors, and government agencies to engage not only in dialogue, but to establish uniform standards and procedures for infection control and disease prevention for the dental industry.

She serves on the Executive Committee of Oral Health America, is a member of the Dental Trade Alliance and is a First Responder with the Denver Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Jennifer Naylor

Jennifer Naylor MBA is General Manager, IMS and Infection Control Strategic Business Unit for Hu-Friedy Manufacturing. She oversees financial and management responsibility for the development and implementation of the global strategy for IMS and disposable product lines. She joined Hu-Friedy in 2001, and has held several marketing positions within the company. She has wide-ranging experience in strategic planning, creating education and training material, managing new product teams, launching new products and developing strategic alliance partnerships with key industry leaders. Ms. Naylor received her BS in Biology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her MBA from DePaul University.
