Which states require weekly biological monitoring and which require monthly? 

Alabama, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington are among the states that require weekly biological monitoring. Among those that require monthly or semi-monthly biological monitoring are Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, and Oregon. These requirements are subject to change, so the state licensing agency should be contacted regarding specific requirements in your location.
