Airport Transportation

By Shuttle:

San Diego Airport Shuttle: The Cloud 9 Shuttle runs 24 hours daily with service to San Diego International Airport (SAN). Fare is approximately $13.00 USD per person/one way. Call 800-974-8885 for reservations. Shuttles are located curbside after the Arrivals area.

By Taxi:

San Diego Taxi Services: Fare is approximately $23.00 USD from the hotel to San Diego International Airport via Yellow Cab. Taxis are located curbside after the Arrivals area as well.

The Hyatt Regency is located in the Mission Bay area. The resort provides fantastic views of the bay on all sides, so one can enjoy the visual qualities of San Diego from their room.

The hotel provides a luxury spa, "The Blue Marble," named one of the Top 10 spas around the world.

The area around the hotel provides easy access to multiple restaurants in the vicinity as well as a sports center. There is a marina directly connected to the hotel with hundreds of boats, so one could explore the docks and breathe in the fresh sea breeze blowing in from the Pacific ocean.

Right next to the hotel is the famous San Diego SeaWorld, a premiere attraction that draws in many visitors yearly. Filled with various activities, and hosts the famous Shamu, perhaps one of the world's most recognized animals.

Relax at the end of an enjoyable day by strolling on one of the many boardwalks outside the hotel bordering the bay and view the magnificent Pacific sunsets every night.

Weather:

Weather in Mid-June will be at the end of the rainy season, but there will be chance of coastal fog. The sun is usually out for more than half the time. Evening fog may be cold so bringing a mid-weight jacket may benefit one.

Checking with weather.com before arriving would allow easier packing decisions.
