If an employee no longer works with us, how can we remove them from our account?

Only a key contact can remove linked profiles. To do so, please follow these steps:
  • Go to My Profile.
  • Click on My Organization.
  • Click on Org Members.
  • Scroll down to view the linked profiles associated with the organization.
  • Click the blue UNLINK button next to the appropriate profile.
