Friday, May 8, 2020 (ATLANTA) — Due to the continuing impacts of COVID-19, OSAP has made the difficult decision to cancel our in-person 2020 OSAP Annual Conference and the pre-conference OSAP Basic Training – Dental Infection Prevention and Safety Course. We were really looking forward to seeing everyone in Minneapolis; however, the health and safety of the dental community must come first.

The 2020 OSAP Virtual Conference will include our regular offerings and opportunities for engagement, including plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, and space to connect with sponsors, exhibitors, and innovative thinkers in dental infection prevention and safety from across the globe. In addition to participating in the live event, which will offer CE credits, all registered participants will have access to on-demand recordings of the sessions for one (1) year.

“We are excited to be able to offer the same vibrant programming, impactful networking, and opportunities to reflect and connect over emerging and salient topics in dental infection prevention, occupational health, and patient safety from the comfort of home, “ says OSAP Executive Director Michelle Lee, CPC.

“We know that everyone in the dental community has been affected by COVID-19. With this in mind, we are offering a 50% discount on registration fees to help make this important education more accessible! We hope that you will join us for this reimagined event and celebrate our collective resilience and dedication to forging connections without boundaries.” Lee said.

Early-bird rates are available now through Friday, July 17 at osap.org/page/2020annualconf.
