Policies and Permissions
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by May 15, 2018. An 80% refund of conference fees will be given for cancellations received by March 16, 2018. A 50% refund of conference fees will be given for cancellations received between March 17, 2018 and May 15, 2018. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after May 15, 2018. Submit all requests to OSAP via email at office@osap.org. OSAP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than May 15, 2018. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.
Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to office@osap.org. Please note there will be a $25 substitution fee for any change made to registrations. Onsite transfers are not permitted. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution before the change can be made. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
OSAP offers registrants contact information to facilitate networking after the course. By registering, you give OSAP permission to include your name and contact name in the list. If you do not wish to be included in the list, email your exclusion request to office@osap.org by May 15, 2018.
OSAP takes photos during the course. By registering, you give OSAP permission to use any images taken at the course in which you appear, as well as any written comments you submit on evaluation forms.
