Once I complete the certificate program, will I be "certified"?

No. A certificate program is a training or education program on a particular topic. Once you complete the certificate program, you will receive a PDF certificate you can download.  You will not receive credentials or letters to be used after your name.

If you want to be "certified," you will need to apply for the Certified in Dental Infection Prevention and Control^® (CDIPC^®) and/or Dental Industry Specialist in Infection Prevention and Control^® (DISIPC^®) certifications.
