Standards contain best practices and include practical and valuable information on methods, equipment, and processes. In this session, we will focus on instrument reprocessing, the CDC guidelines and look at specific examples of expanded information we can learn on why we perform specific tasks the way we do, why certain practices are encouraged or discouraged, and how and why things can go wrong.
